Job Title: Junior Executive, Warranty Administration.
Department: Customer First Department.

Eligibility: Minimum Education: DAE / B-Tech (Prefer Auto-Diesel).
Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to dealers in warranty claim processing & reimbursement, and interact with concern department (QA/TDEM/DMC/TMC) for reporting and countermeasure activities.
  • Process Warranty Claims to MSP / JSP Sources on timely basis and reconcile approved claims.
  • Warranty Claim code assigning, processing and memo submission to finance for Dealer payment clearance.
  • Warranty Claim Reports management and sharing of necessary data with Toyota through WIAS.


  • Microsoft Office (specially Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Presentation & Communication skills.
