Job Title: Junior Executive – Administration.

Qualification: Minimum Education: Graduation
Minimum Experience: Minimum 1-5 years

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as Admin Duty Executive for all administrative activities in shifts.
  • Prepare/update relevant data/reports on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Ensure solution/rectification of complaints within one week.
  • Process medical bills timely and keep record.
  • Arrange briefing/training sessions with Coordinators & Drivers of all shifts.
  • Monitor/coordinate arrivals/departures of staff transport fleets.
  • Routes confirmation and assign transport routes to newly appointed staff & ATMs with adjustment of routes.
  • Any other task assigned by the sectional/departmental head.
