Prepare/update relevant data/reports on weekly/monthly basis. Ensure solution/rectification of complaints within one week. Process medical bills timely and keep record. Arrange briefing/training sessions with Coordinators & Drivers of all shifts. Monitor/coordinate arrivals/departures of staff transport fleets.
