Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Leading the end to end recruitment process for all management and non-management positions.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their requirements while recruiting.
  • Developing a recruitment strategy for all positions and ensuring it is implemented.
  • Organizational Development initiatives and operations.
  • Devise and implement talent management program as per organizational needs.
  • Manage training needs assessment and employee capability development.
  • Develop improvement plans in-coordination with HRBPs.
  • Conducting Employer Branding activities on various platforms.
  • Conducting employee moral survey, analyzing the findings and then proposing an action plan.
