Job Description: Coordinate technical investigation of the product problems along with production countermeasures. Responsible for maintaining Repair Support Activities data every month to ensure proper reporting to TMAP / TMC. Weekly monitoring of the after sales product complaints trends, reporting and sharing with IMC Management. Maintain close liaison with principals (TMAP / TMC /TDEM) technical division for the resolution of product complaints. Responsible for the preparation of Meeting Material every quarter by coordinating with all the team members. Ensure prompt handling of PDS and customer complaints (related to product) at dealerships. To assist/support dealers in all service related activities (especially EDER) To prepare the Budget and set targets & annual objectives. Ensure the timely complete of Technical Audit as per schedule.
