Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years.

Job Description:

    • Coordinate technical investigation of the product problems along with production countermeasures.
    • Responsible for maintaining Repair Support Activities data every month to ensure proper reporting to TMAP / TMC.
    • Weekly monitoring of the after sales product complaints trends, reporting and sharing with IMC Management.
    • Maintain close liaison with principals (TMAP / TMC /TDEM) technical division for the resolution of product complaints.
    • Responsible for the preparation of Meeting Material every quarter by coordinating with all the team members.
    • Ensure prompt handling of PDS and customer complaints (related to product) at dealerships.
    • To assist/support dealers in all service related activities (especially EDER)
    • To prepare the Budget and set targets & annual objectives.
    • Ensure the timely complete of Technical Audit as per schedule.
    • To comply with all ISO 9000 and 14000 standards.
