Job Description:

    • Implement the recruitment process end to end in service of business goals
    • Leading recruitment drives, such as for Management Trainees
    • Sourcing and attracting candidates using the digital media and word of mouth
    • Leading the entire screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding talented individuals (managing all related operations)
    • Develop a talent pipeline for critical and high attrition positions
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for various projects
    • Conducting exit interviews and preparing their data
    • Conduct Employee Engagement activities to increase retention of employees
    • Make an annual plan for employee wellbeing
