Responsibilities include:

    • Managing employee life cycle and employee onboarding process
    • Maintaining and updating personal files of employees and HR documents, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
    • Adding/updating employee master data in HR System and Ensuring accuracy and completeness
    • Processing and updating employee records/data in HRIS database to generate requested reports
    • Preparation of appointment letter, confirmation letter, resignation/retirement letters and other documents/certificates
    • Preparing monthly dashboard & reports
