  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction surveys and analyzing customer data.
  • Responsible for Customer Relations Budget monitoring.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly audits at dealerships for their enhancement.
  • Ensure Dealership Facility Standardization.
  • Manage day to day operations.
