Responsibilities include:

    • To plan, implement and monitor the strategy for structured and competitive Aftersales Products in Retail
    • To ensure the utilization of communication channels for both retail and B2Bwork in close coordination Vehicle Marketing to Develop an integrated aftersales communication including long term goals and short term campaigns
    • To develop and implement product offerings that are competitive and attractive to our customers in the private, corporate, fleet and government sector
    • To develop, implement and improve CRM activities to improve Customer Retention by proactively anticipating the changing customer needs demands
