Job Description:

    • Weekly monitoring of the after sales product complaints trend, reporting and sharing with IMC Management.
    • To assist/support dealers and Field team in all service related activities
    • Organize Regional Service Meetings bi-annually
    • Ensure the timely completion of Technical Audit as per schedule
    • Issuing of Local Service Bulletin’s to Dealerships on case to case basis
    • Responsible for the planning and execution of Quality Review Meeting every month by coordinating with QA/PD/CR and other technical sections
