APPLICATIONS FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS OF AUTOMOTIVE GRADE SHEET METAL, RESIN AND OTHER MATERIALS INDUS MOTOR COMPANY LIMITED invites applications from well established and reputed firms for pre-qualification as suppliers of following Automotive Grade Materials STEEL Steel sheets in coil or cut to size form for manufacturing and fabrication of various under body and chassis parts such as Reinforcements, Brackets, Members etc . Coils/ Sheets/ Pipes (such as) Thickness Hot Rolled 1mm – 6 mm (high & low tensile) Cold Rolled 0.5 mm – 2.5 mm (high & low tensile) Electro Galvanized 0.5 mm – 2.5mm (high & low tensile) Stainless Steel sheets 1mm – 2 mm (high & low tensile) Steel Pipes (Rounded/ Squared) 0.5 mm – 2 mm (diameter 10 mm – 60 mm) RESIN Resin material (Automotive Grade) of the following types for the purpose of moulding of automotive parts including Interior Garnishes, Plates, Panels, Trims, Consoles, Covers etc. (such as) •  PP •  HDPE •  LDPE •  PC + ABS •  ABS •  PVC Firms who meet the following minimum eligibility criteria may apply for pre-qualificatio 1. Must be in the similar business for the last 5 years with annual turnover of Rs. 10 million. 2. Must be able to demonstrate business relation with reputable international suppliers of steel and resin materials. Proof of having business relationship with other OEMS is preferred. 3. Must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Income tax statements for last three years along with NTN are a must. 4. Should not be in litigation or black listed by client, government, semi government or autonomous body. 5. Evidence of financial stability through last 3 years' audited accounts or bank statements. 6. Any additional information to further elaborate the supplier's capabilities including referrals.
