Qualification MBA or equivalent degree from a reputable local or foreign university.
Other Skills Strong analytical, data crunching, report writing and scenario building skills.
Experience 7 to 10 years’ relevant experience in good large sized national or multinational organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the organization’s compensation and benefit strategy to meet the organization’s objectives in line with market competitiveness. These programs may include:
    • Preparation of annual salary budget. Keeping in view internal and external equity.
    • Job evaluation and job grading.
    • Regular salary and benefit surveys.
    • Employees’ retention policies
    • Payroll administration (in a SAP environment would be an added advantage).
  • Lead and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
