Position Executive Secretary
Qualification Masters in Literature (English) or Social Sciences or MBA.

Competencies required
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Efficient in MS office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Experience 7 to 10 years as executive secretary. (Reporting directly to CEO)
Age 28 to 45 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Compose letters and memos in response to communication at all levels.
  • Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and conferences. Take minutes and keep records of proceedings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the CEO for appointments, meetings and conferences.
  • Make domestic and foreign travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and maintain all travel records.
  • Good coordination skills to manage daily office correspondences.
