Indus Motor Company, in consonance with its Vision and Core Values, aims to demonstrate responsible corporate conduct throughout the entire spectrum of its activities and operations. We support and undertake a broad range of social initiatives in the areas of health, education, community development and environment. Indus responds immediately to natural calamities. As in the case of the floods in Badin and Makran, our team of volunteers are involved in a major relief operation in the quake hit northern areas that commenced within a few days. Our mobile teams, comprising of company employees, doctors, paramedics and boy scouts on 10 Hiluxes have provided medical treatment and have distributed food, tents, etc., to remote villages around Balakot, Batgram, Battal, Shinkiari, Oghi and around Garhi Dupatta and Hattian along the Jhelum Valley . We are now focusing our relief and medical efforts along the Jehlum valley from our base camp at Muzaffarabad. For more details and images click here
