society. As a "Concern Beyond Cars", Indus Motor
has contributed over Rs 100 million in the past 5 years
for health, education, welfare and environment projects,
thus playing a significant role in the communities where
it participates. A major environmental project was the clean
up and preservation of Lake Saiful Muluk. IMC is first automobile
company that started using environment friendly gas R-134a
in Car Air-Conditioners (instead of CFC-12). Regular check-up
is done for Plant Exhaust Emission. Vehicle Emissions and
Noise levels conform with international standards. IMC is
also ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 Certified. IMC was also awarded
"Environment Excellence Award 2004" by NFEH.
