50th Batch of Apprentice Team Members - Jul 20, 2005 - Jul 20, 2005 Indus Motor Company Limited achieved yet another Milestone on Wednesday, July 20, 2005 with the induction of its 50th Batch of Apprentice Team Members. The first batch of ATMs was inducted in November 1992. As of now, 260,000 man hours of training have been imparted under the ATM program. Apprentices at IMC go through classroom and on-the-job training where they are introduced to the basic values, knowledge and various systems of IMC & Toyota by a qualified & experienced faculty of Indus Motor Company. On successful completion of Apprenticeship Program apprentices are offered jobs in IMC as Team Members. As a responsible corporate citizen, IMC not only makes a significant contribution to Human Resource training but also has further social projects in the education, health environment & other sectors.
